These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Sharp Hour online calendar and appointment scheduling platform (the "Service"), provided by Sharp Hour Ltd ("Sharp Hour", "we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account or subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Payment Terms.
Description of the Service
Sharp Hour is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform enabling users to share availability, accept appointment bookings, synchronise calendars, send automated reminders, and manage scheduling workflows online.
The Service is offered in subscription tiers (Free, Pro, Team) as described on our Pricing page. All prices are displayed in GBP and include applicable taxes where stated.
We may update features from time to time. We will use reasonable efforts to avoid materially reducing core paid functionality during an active subscription without notice.
Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@sharphour.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
Subscriptions & Billing
Paid subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Payment is processed securely via Stripe and/or Mollie.
Charges appear on your statement as SHARPHOUR.COM. Currency: GBP (£).

Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, spam, harassment, or to schedule fraudulent appointments. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Intellectual Property
Sharp Hour retains all rights in the Service, software, and branding. You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process your data to provide the Service.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sharp Hour shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
