Introduction
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all paid Sharp Hour subscriptions provided by Sharp Hour Ltd.
Digital Service Delivery
Sharp Hour is a digital SaaS product. Upon successful payment, your subscription is activated immediately and access is delivered electronically to your account dashboard. No physical goods are shipped.
Free Trial
Pro includes a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. If you continue after the trial, billing begins automatically.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, contact us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. This applies once per customer account.
How to Cancel
Cancel anytime via Settings → Billing in your dashboard, or email hello@sharphour.com from your registered address. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Refunds for annual plans are calculated pro-rata for unused full months after the guarantee period.
Non-Refundable
Refunds are not available for: (a) accounts terminated for Terms violations; (b) partial months after the guarantee period on monthly plans; (c) third-party fees.
