These Payment Terms explain how payments for Sharp Hour subscriptions are processed, billed, and displayed. They supplement our Terms & Conditions.
Payment Processors
Payments are processed securely by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. and/or Mollie B.V., authorised payment service providers. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept secure online payments via Stripe and Mollie:
All prices are displayed in GBP (£). Charges on your statement appear as SHARPHOUR.COM.
Currency & Pricing
All prices on our website are displayed in GBP (£). Your bank may apply currency conversion fees for non-GBP cards.

- Pro: £9.00/month (or £90/year)
- Team: £19.00/month (or £190/year)
Prices include VAT where applicable. VAT number: GB 123 4567 89.
Billing & Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. You authorise us to charge your payment method on each renewal date.
Statement Descriptor
Charges appear on your bank or card statement as SHARPHOUR.COM or SHARP HOUR LTD. Contact us if you do not recognise a charge.
Failed Payments
If payment fails, we will retry and notify you by email. Access to paid features may be suspended after 7 days of failed payment until resolved.
Invoices & Receipts
Receipts are emailed after each successful payment and available in your account dashboard under Billing.
